RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE HOTEL
 1. The Hotel will provide the Guest with the reserved services and for the reserved term. During said term you have the right to pay the current rate at the time of reservation. If the reservation is not guaranteed, the Hotel can make changes in the rates without previous notice, and they can vary according to the availability of the rooms. 
2. The guest undertakes to comply with the safety, health, tranquility and behavior standards established by the Hotel. In this sense, the Hotel reserves the right of admission and the right to terminate the accommodation contract in case of non-compliance by the guest. 
3. In the event that for reasons beyond the control of the parties, the assigned room is not in a condition to be used, the Hotel may at any time arrange for a room change, for the well-being of the guest who from now on accepts to be changed room. The room to which you must be transferred must guarantee the same comfort conditions as the initial room and the hotel guarantees that in the event that the value of the latter room decreases, it will reimburse the customer for the difference. 
4. The Hotel has available to the public the accommodation rates, prices of additional services, Check In and Check Out hours to which the Guest is subject. 
5. The Hotel can exercise the right of retention referred to in ARTICLE 5 OF DECREE 151 of 1957. on luggage and objects brought into the respective establishment until the concurrence of what is owed for accommodation, expenses or damages, during a period of 30 days from the date of non-compliance, after which, The Hotel may freely dispose of the pledged objects and with its proceeds to be able to cover pending obligations, including interest plus 20% for costs and expenses. The surplus, if any, will be made available to the Guest and in the event of a deficit, the creditor's actions are protected. 
6. If the Hotel is unable to comply with a reservation previously accepted in writing, for reasons of force majeure, as long as there is prepayment or it is forced to terminate the lodging in advance for a specific period, it must obtain accommodation for the Guest, in another establishment of the chain or of a similar rate. 
 
RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE GUEST 
 1. The Guest declares to know the accommodation rates and prices of the services provided in the Hotel. From now on you accept that these are modified without prior notice. It should be noted that the reserved services will retain the current rate or price at the time of reservation or purchase. 
2. The Guest undertakes to pay in cash, at the time of rendering the respective service, and in any case at the time of the cessation of the Guest's stay at the Hotel. The hotel day includes the period of 22 hours of permanence of the Guest, from the start time set by the Hotel. The partial use of the hotel day once the initial accommodation agreement has ended causes the payment of additional values ​​and even the full rate. 
3. The Guest will be responsible even for slight fault of his obligations, and those of his companions, any unregistered person who makes use of the accommodation or general services exclusively reserved for the guest must register and pay a surcharge of 100% on the canon. current. 
4. The Guest must maintain a decent conduct, avoiding exhibitionist shows that border on bad customs. During their stay in common areas of the Hotel, the guest is obliged to wear outer clothing, they should not be in common areas without clothes or in underwear or nightwear. The Hotel will refrain from providing its services, when the behavior or clothing of the Guest is not appropriate. 
5. The Guest admits that the practice of sports, physical exercises, driving ships or vehicles, use of instruments or tools and in general any activity that implies a risk, implies that the guest fills the skills and knowledge that allows him to assume said risks, as well as the responsibility in case you suffer any damage or injury from which you expressly exempt the Hotel. 
6. The guest undertakes to use the furniture, equipment and in general the facilities of the Hotel, in an adequate manner, keeping them in the state in which they are found and therefore will be responsible for any damage or loss of the elements and goods of the Hotel, up to slight guilt. In the event of total or partial loss or damage to the Hotel's assets due to causes attributable to the Guest or his belongings, the latter will recognize the price set by the Hotel, plus 50% as a penalty or fine. 
7. The guest acknowledges the authority of the Hotel Manager, in case of controversy or conflict, as well as the right of inspection or surveillance that Hotel officials have to guarantee the proper use of the housing units and common use areas. This right will be exercised in a reasonable manner and includes the power to enter or search the room when, in the opinion of the Hotel Manager, it is necessary. The guest in turn is obliged to obtain the schedules and rules set by the Hotel for the provision of its services and facilitate access to its employees for routine work in the room. 
8. The guest will not be able to enter his room under eighteen (18) years of age for sexual tourism and whoever does so will incur a prison sentence of 5 to 10 years and a fine of 10 to 100 SMLMV, the penalties indicated in the previous paragraph will be increased up to half (1/2) when the behaviors are carried out with children under twelve (12) years of age. (Law 679 of 2001) 
 
TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT 
The lodging contract ends: 
1. By expiration of the agreed term. 
2. For breach of any of the obligations of the parties. Non-compliance by the Guest does not exonerate him from paying the full fee for the agreed term. 
3. When the Contract is entered into on a day-to-day basis, that is, when the term of the guest's stay at the Hotel is not expressly stated on the hotel registration card, the contract will be terminated at the expiration of the hotel day set according to the contract. 
4. When the contract is for a fixed term, it will end when it expires, in which case the Hotel may dispose of the room, in case of early termination, the Hotel may dispose of the room. In case of early termination, the Guest must pay the rate corresponding to the entire term, unless there is a reasonable cause that, in the Hotel's opinion, warrants early termination of the contract, such as domestic calamity, illness of the Guest, or of the group to whom the contract is terminated. your position, air quota problems, etc. 
 
DISAGREEMENT ON TERMINATION 
If there is a disagreement between the guest and the Hotel regarding the termination of the contract, the Hotel, in addition to suspending the service, will take all necessary measures so that the guest can dispose of their luggage and personal belongings or will transfer them to a safe and adequate deposit without responsibility of the Hotel. 
 
PROOF OF THE CONTRACT 
The lodging contract is proven by means of the hotel registration card that the Hotel issues, accepted by the guest's signature which certifies that he adheres to the stipulations herein contemplated. The Guest expressly accepts that the liquid sum of money that appears on the invoice, will provide executive merit. The guest authorizes the Hotel to fill in the blank spaces on the hotel registration card. 
 
INSURANCE 
To respond to risks that affect both the person and the property of the guest, the Hotel has an insurance policy at its disposal. If the Guest takes the aforementioned insurance, they must pay the daily premium that the insurance company has indicated, which will be added to the accommodation rate. In any case, when an accident occurs, the responsibility of the Hotel is limited to the insurance coverage. If the guest refrains from taking this insurance, he assumes all the risks covered by the policy and in the event of an accident, he waives any claim regarding the Hotel. 
 
LIABILITY FOR LOSS 
If the Hotel does not deliver the objects that the Guest wishes to be kept, the Hotel is exonerated from all responsibility in case of loss of objects such as jewelry, cameras, money, computers, cell phones, equipment or utensils that remain in the room or service areas other than those that the Hotel has for storage and consequently these goods will be at the sole risk of the guest. 
 

OBSERVATIONS
- The rates that are listed per room only include accommodation, therefore at the time of Check In at the Hotel taxes and hotel insurance must be paid if required, as well as services that are not included in the rate such as Minibar Service, Laundry Service, Room Service, Restaurant, Bar and/or additional items not specified within the Purchased Plan. 
 
- The Check In time (Entry) to the hotel is at 3:00 PM and the Check Out time (Departure) from the hotel is 1:00 PM. If the user requires modification in any of these hours, an additional charge will be generated and it will be approved according to the availability of rooms in the Hotel. 
 
- The value of the penalties to which there is a place, will be made with the credit card data entered as a guarantee of the reservation, as well as the costs caused by consumption or recognized damages that do not want to be assumed at the time of collection. 
 
- Minors (-18 years old) who enter the hotel without the company of their parents, must present the following documents: 
 
1. Enter with the Company of a Responsible Adult. 
 
2. Authorization of the parents to enter the Hotel where they register the Name and Identification Number of the Adult who will enter with the minors, authenticated by a Notary. 
 
3. Copy of the minor's civil registry. 
 
4. Copy of the identification of the parents who sign the authorization. 
 
5. The minor's entry permit to the hotel is not replaceable and is mandatory, otherwise, the Hotel may cancel the reservation without any objection. 
 
From the age of 12 is considered an adult and will be charged as such. Regardless of the rate charged, the minor must share the room with an adult. 
 
- Pets are not allowed to enter and/or stay in hotels.
